McDermott Employees 1st Fund

McDermott is committed to promoting the well-being of all our employees and this commitment extends beyond the workplace. We have established the McDermott Employees 1st Fund to help employees cope with unexpected adversity following a natural disaster or an unforeseen personal hardship that can result in undue financial stress.

Through the fund, we also offer an opportunity for employees, individuals, and companies to make direct donations to the fund and help contribute to its ongoing operations. Every contribution helps and can provide the support an employee and/or their family needs when they are facing the unexpected.
